While it is sometimes difficult for our dog to keep an outfit on, this tutu was super cute. Our dog is roughly 45 pounds, and the tutu size fits perfectly. It didn't bother her, and she was very excitable in her pretty tutu. The quality also seemed to be quite nice, and I can see her wearing this for many Halloweens to come. Overall, I think this was an excellent option for a spooky outfit.
