A size medium was too small for my 23lb pup! I also measured accordingly and it’s still too small. Also, the picture shows that there is a hole on the back for a leash to attach to the collar underneath… but that is not the case on the product that arrived.

I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I thought this was a really cute costume for Halloween, given that I call my Pomeranian a little piggy! lol She’s about 8 lbs & the small fit well, just a tiny bit long on her.
