Horrible- product and customer service
I bought this a little less than a month ago. Arrived in a box that was destroyed, no invoice enclosed, no invoice emailed. Litter box top and bottom do not fit together, one round and one oval. Customer service no help. Incredibly disappointed with product and company.

Would you please verify height? Surely that dome cannot be less than 10" high. How could a cat stand up? You can tell by the photo that it has to be nearly as tall as wide. I have one in titanium (+-18") and need another litter box; thought maybe the blue
