Is this safe to feed puppy biscuits to adult Dog? Himalaya healthy treats biscuits has fennel and ashwagandha as ingredients in it,seems beneficial,but they are available for puppy.For adults another ayurvedic ingredients are there in Himalaya buiscuits, they are beneficial also, I have tried adult buiscuits,but for fennel and ashwagandha only puppy biscuits are available.Is this alright to feed them to adult Dog or only adult biscuits are alright for health ?

My four month old dog might have cancer. I want to put her on a diet or add beneficial things to her diet in case that it is. Eats core wellness grain free ocean formula because of unknown allergy (licks her paws all the time). Finished a 26 lbs bag already but zero difference. Also taking vetriscience derma strength for few months now. Prefer supplements (chews) that med (Benadryl). There's lawsuit (July 2017) against wellness food (arsenic & lead), should I switch to other brand?if so, which one please? Thanks.
