I am getting an 8 week Cocker Spaniel. I am not new to Cocker Spaniel, just puppy versions. I want to try a new food for her, and need suggestions. I did research & came across these dry foods: Merrick Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Merrick Limited Ingredient Grain Free Real Salmon+Sweet Potato, Taste of Wild Pacific Stream Grain Free Smoked Salmon, Taste of Wild Appalachian Valley Small Bree’s Grain after Roasted Venison. Are any of those good, if so which one? Want to stay chicken free.

which foods are best for dog with allergies and an enlarged heart
Hi! I am considering changing Addy’s food over to Taste of the Wild High Prairee puppy food. It’s grain free and has lean proteins and a 28% protein content. Currently she is on Blue Buffalo large breed puppy food that has whole grains. She is experience soft stool in the evening. I believe this may be from her food? Blue Buffalo is chicken based, and she does drink lots of water. She just had a vet appt, no presence of parasites in her stool. Any recommendations?
How often can I give my old dog treats in a day?
Just recused this little guy... very malnourished, just started gaining some weight. He is missing many teeth so eating is a problem, he does he the small bites. Any other food you can recommend for weight gain, older dog with no teeth? Also a treat, maybe something that will dissolve, can he have gerber puffs baby snacks as treats???

Hey, I wanna make homemade snacks for my pup, because she's allergic to most of the store ones. Is this recipe safe for almost 5 month old GSD puppy? 1 banana, 1/2 cups peanut butter, 1/3 cups chicken stock, 1 cup wheat flour. All baked together. Hi, I took my dog to the vet this Wednesday for an annual check up. He was great! Then, I bought a homemade cookie at PetSmart and he ate the whole thing that was big for his size. He threw up the cookie during later. Yesterday, he didn't want to eat his food nor his treats. He threw up the little human food he accepted to eat. Now he just tried to throw up and nothing came. Petcoach told me to give him rice and chicken for a few days. Should I give this natural med as well? Any others?
Thank you for your response to my question regarding Brownies leaky eyes! I will try the Angel Eyes ASAP. While browsing through the question/answer forum I came across your advice regarding giving dogs cooked bones. It was DON'T do it! I'm feeling like a terrible Mom now because I buy the frozen soup bones at my local grocery store for Brownie as a treat. I cook one for 10-12 minutes (there is little to no meat on the bone, however inside is full of marrow which she LOVES) and then refrigerate.
