I purchased these in my ongoing quest to find a breath treat my ten pound terror would and could eat, to help her breath. She has multiple allergies. Additionally, I am a very picky pet mom. She eats primarily human grade, limited ingredient foods only. Most breath treats are garbage, carb loaded junk. These are well above average, hold none of her food allergies...which are all the cheaper fillers, and she will eat them! She does have a harder time with hard treats as well, after having ten teeth removed, despite regularly brushing her teeth on top of quality food and breath treats. I was told that's a small dog thing and we all have to deal with it. I hope regular brushing and these treats, which are soft enough for her little mouth, yet good enough for me to be willing to purchase for her, will help keep her remaining teeth intact.
