How many calories per one jerky stick?
- I called the manufacturer of these treats in N.C. and was informed they have 52 calories per treat. The representative was very helpful and said the calorie count is on the bags but perhaps the images shown online are of the old packaging because they are now required to list the calorie count on the new bags. I have not had my dog in 2 years, but this is an excellent product from a company I trusted to give mainly their products to my dog when I had him. I would not hesitate to give their treats to another dog should I adopt another in the future!

Are these treats below good for Diabetic Dogs - any added sugar? Can you recommend a good treat for diabetic dogs?
- Tucker naturals chicken jerkey has only one or two ingredients - chicken, chicken and bacon, chicken and apple... they also have delicious liver treats called wag-a-rounds that come in two or three varieties (with bacon, sweet potato, etc.) if your dog is sensitive to chicken. My dog is insulin dependent diabetic and he lives these and eats them every day
