I have so many positive comments to share about this product and my experience with it. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect with these treats, but I know BLUE Buffalo and their other product lines are always a hit with my pup. Well, I can safely say these have earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite products for my dog. The second my dog first saw me holding the red bag, she perked up like she knew something amazing was coming. After briefly reading the back of the bag, I opened it ready for a fishy smell, but instead, I was hit with a strong smoky, slightly sweet aroma—more like a smoked jerky than a fish dog treat. The smell is quite bold and honestly seems a lot more catered towards humans than my dog, but she can sniff it out from ANYWHERE in the house. It’s clear she absolutely loves these treats and she will literally do anything to have a taste. When that red bag is out, every trick in her playbook is being performed before I even have to say a word. Total devotion. And from my perspective, it feels great to know I can trust the ingredients I am giving to my precious pup to be safe for her. I tend to be picky when it comes to dog treats, but overall these absolutely meet and exceed my standards. The ingredients and clean and healthy, the flavor (at least according my dog’s enthusiasm) is a hit, and they have helped me bond and have more fun training her.
