The first thing I appreciate is the high protein content — real turkey and chicken are the first ingredients, and there are no by-products, corn, wheat, or soy, which is important to me when choosing a quality food for my pet. And it has overall provided great nutrition for my dog Kevan. My dog, who tends to be a bit of a picky eater, loves the taste and gets excited at mealtime. The consistency is a smooth pâté, which makes it easy to mix with kibble or serve on its own. I’ve also noticed his coat is shinier, and he has plenty of energy, which I credit at least in part to this food. From a digestive standpoint, this food has been gentle on his stomach. We’ve had no issues with upset or irregularity, which can sometimes happen when switching foods or trying something new. The food smells great and it has an easy pull tab on the top to open the can. The packaging is simple, but yet eye catching and easy to recognize. My dog LOVES this food and we will be continuing to use it! I was worried about it being high protein but my dog ate the food so fast I had to move the bowl for a minute lol . The price was about right for blue Buffalo. His stool was solid as well. The can was wrapped beautifully with the signature blue Buffalo wilderness wrapped . No strong smells either .
