Questions
How can this advertise no Chicken but then contain chicken meal and chicken fat? This is very misleading and not helpful when trying to eliminate chicken from a dog's diet. Please be upfront about your product's ingredients.
Description boasts NO chicken however ingredients lists chicken meal second and chicken fat fourth. Which is it? My dog has a chicken allergy. If it contains chicken you should update the claim on the bag.

- Thank you for your question. The overview of this product states that the treat contains no chicken by-product meal or poultry by-product meal. It does contain chicken meal. By definition, chicken or poultry by-product meal is the ground, rendered, clean parts of the carcass of slaughtered chicken/poultry, such as necks, feet, undeveloped eggs and intestines. Chicken meal, by definition is the clean combination of flesh and skin with or without bone, derived from the parts or whole carcasses of chicken exclusive of feathers, heads, feet and entrails.
