What makes the indoor adult food different from the weight mgt product? What in the products makes it different from one another? My cat does not have a hair ball problem but a little heavier than should be.
- I have two flame point siamese cats, brother and sister. They are rescue cats and are now 10 years old. I got them at about four months old. I have fed them the Blue Indoor formula for all of that time. I haven't had a problem with hairballs, or excess weight gain. It has all the nutrients that indoor cats need and I am quite satisfied with this product.

Phosphorus
- In case you're inquiring for medical reasons (i.e. for a cat with hyperthyroidism/kidney issues) and require a low amount of phosphorous, the phosphate in this cat food is listed as the 14th ingredient, but considering how many ingredients come after it, I would say it's at least 1.7 - 2.5% phosphorous. If you're not inquiring because of medical reasons, that amount shouldn't be an issue. But if you are wanting to limit the amount of phosphorus in your cats diet, I would suggest (straight from a Vet's mouth) to aim for anything under 1%. Given many are picky eaters and the stuff that messes with them yet they're more attracted to (phosphorous levels effect the taste) so if I were you, I'd shoot for anything between 0.5-1%, there's a lot of cat foods out there that cats (esp seniors and ill) will eat when they're in that 0.7-1% range. Hope this helps
