SO not happy ordered 10# bag of this cat food. NOT have the same secure freshness closure of Velcro that the smaller bags have? Ridiculous not to have a decent freshness closure. I’ve been bragging this food line but this? Marketing blunder.
- I'm just another customer Petco reached out to with your question. I tried one 10 lb. bag of Blue Buffalo Wilderness Rocky Mountain Recipe, Red Meat, Natural Dry Cat Food due to a promotion Petco was running. Since one or more of my five cats will fang dry cat food bags, once I open a bag, I fill the feeder and put the remainder in sealable containers (e.g., something with a lid). I just tried it to give my cats variety. Regarding packaging design, that's a question more for the manufacturer than the retailer.

How can this advertised as "poultry and chicken free formula" when it contains Dried Egg Product which is a poultry product?
- Thanks for your question. Eggs are labeled differently. While eggs do come from chicken, and chicken is poultry, the egg itself is not poultry (meat), it is simply an animal product.
