- There are 15.03 cups per bag. they only give you info on calories per kilo then give you calories per cup, which is enough to find the total cups... Converting 4lb bag to kilos (1.8k per bag), then calories per kilo is 3629. Total calories per bag is 6584.4. there are 438 calories per cup, so 15.03 cups per bag.
