Are these pieces too large for a 10 lb dog?
- The pieces are fairly small. Unfortunately I can't attach a photo. Petco does have a great return policy in casein doesn't work out for you. Keep the receipt.

I have a mature Australian shepherd female who is 8 years old and has had excess protein in her urine. Her vet recommended feeding her a dog food with LOWER protein percentage which is SO HARD TO FIND! I found a Blue Buffalo senior dog food that has 16% crude protein (vs 19, 22, 24% in other dog foods) but recently was advised that Blue Buffalo is not good for dogs. Hey guys, I’m slowly transitioning my dogs over to adult food but they are still getting their puppy food. Mia always has some kind of allergy so I was looking into getting BLUE Basics® Grain-Free Salmon & Potato Recipe For Adult Dogs but it doesn’t have any chicken or poultry by-product meals, corn, wheat, soy, dairy or eggs. Is that even healthy missing all of those food groups? Right now my dogs are on Blue buffalo freedom grain free.
Blue Buffalo, Purina Pro Plan or Hill’s? My puppy is only 3 Weeks right now but when she’s ready to come home I want to know what dry food would be the absolute best and safest for her to be on the rest of her life since I know all 3 brands support all lifestages.
