Does this have chicken? It's not listed with the ingredients but I've seen it listed on other websites. Has the formula changed removing or adding chicken or is this just a website error?
- Thank you for the response! Have you looked at the ingredients on the most recent cans? Other cans list chicken, but it doesn't show it with Petco only. If our dogs are allergic, it's best to know for sure.

I fed my jack Russell blue buffalo “life protection” for the 17 years I owned her. I’ve continued it with Kalei, and don’t plan to change brands unless you advise different. But I see that there are 4 different blue buffalo foods.”Basics”, “Freedom”, “Life Protection”, and “Wilderness”. What is the best food to feed a 55-pound highly active hound? I was told to switch to grain free, but her stool has been mucous like and runny. I've tried Redford Naturals Limited Ingredient (I've tried chicken, beef, sweet potato) and American Journey Limited ingredient (lamb). Just looking to find the best dog food for a very active hound that won't break the bank. Also, I'm concerned with all this news of heart problems linked with specific foods.

My 6 month old puppies won't eat Purina food at all..i have tried Blue Buffalo they never touched it,I have tried Pedigree,they didn't like it,I have poured some beef broth (low sodium) over their kibble,i have tried boneless,skinless chicken and poured it over their kibble,basically tried almost everything I can to get them to eat dry kibble..the only thing that seems to get them to eat is wet food mixed with their kibble,any suggestion?
