Hey guys, I’m slowly transitioning my dogs over to adult food but they are still getting their puppy food. Mia always has some kind of allergy so I was looking into getting BLUE Basics® Grain-Free Salmon & Potato Recipe For Adult Dogs but it doesn’t have any chicken or poultry by-product meals, corn, wheat, soy, dairy or eggs. Is that even healthy missing all of those food groups? Right now my dogs are on Blue buffalo freedom grain free.

Added Only Natural broth, yougurt, cottage cheese and strained baby food only small amt of each above . She is fed 1/4 3xday ! She is healthy just very picky! I fed my jack Russell blue buffalo “life protection” for the 17 years I owned her. I’ve continued it with Kalei, and don’t plan to change brands unless you advise different. But I see that there are 4 different blue buffalo foods.”Basics”, “Freedom”, “Life Protection”, and “Wilderness”. She is not eating the Natural chicken and sweet potato cans I ordered. She is almost 14 years old. I have tried most of the Senior diet but the chicken and barley makes her belly bloat. She eats canned but due to several teeth removed cannot eat dry. She is a dachshund of normal weight and good health. She is still an active walker.
