Great food for picky eaters

We switched our senior dog to this food when we just needed her to eat. After finding her in our puppies food we switched her to back to blue adult healthy weight and that seemed to do the trick. We also were able to add water to the food and feed them directly which was amazing .This food keeps them on their paths but with flavor in mind. The bag of food is incredibly affordable for the size and servings.

We've only had" rescues" and some have come to us WELL.OVER FED . This has helped them lose weight ( safely !! ) and still provide the nutrition that they need to stay healthy and maintain a shiny ,glossy coat. We got a Golden Retriever and she was fed some generic farm brand ( her coat was dry and flaky ) . Once I got her switched over to Blue Buffalo Healthy Weight ,she learned how to eat at a slower pace , and her coat became soft and shiny and glossy . She lived until passing at 12yrs 8mos with a tumor on her spleen..We also found that when the dogs get up in age and aren't as active ,the lower calorie helps keep them from putting on weight and adding stress to their joints .We're currently on our 5th &6th rescue dogs as " family " . I'm NOT including the FOSTER DOGS WE'VE HAD. (That were saved from euthanasia, for the most UNBELIEVABLE REASONS YOU CAN THINK OF; lack of space, can't walk straight on a leash( had an ear infection) , .MORE DOGS WERE SAVED WITH GOOD NUTRITION.... BLUE BUFFALO. HERE ARE MY CURRENT PUPS ,.LOLA ( Black Lab. & Pepper( Australian Cattle dog).

Hi I would like to know if anybody had isssued with blue buffalo food I been using it for my dog for years but lately I been finding worms on it and some black insects and I’m afraid i have to stop Feeding it to my dog since he loves it

    I got this tip awhile back...almost all dog food has a larva in it....it takes awhile to actually turn to worms....if you freeze a brand new bad of dog food for 3 days it will kill the larva and you will not have any issues :)

    We have 2 rat terrier, got them when the male was 8 weeks and the female was 5 weeks. We started them on blue puppy from day one. Our vet said to keep them on puppy food till their first birthday. Then we transitioned them to “big doggie puppy crunchiest” (that’s what we call their dry food). They have always done extremely well on it and they have been the healthiest dogs we’ve ever had. I think it makes a difference keeping them on the puppy formula for that whole first year

    The Chicken and Brown Rice Healthy Weight kibble is pretty small. Unless your dog is really tiny, I would think they would not have a problem with it.
