Questions
My dog has a sensitive stomach. Will the dental bones upset his stomach? I have the same question with the chomp & chomp.
- Use the dental bones with my lab that has tons of allergies, she is about 70 pounds and I have switched to size small, use as treat

I have a 16 year old Basenji. I am wondering if this would be a good treat for him. I am concerned he may break a large piece off and swallow and choke on it, or in the alternative, the treat might be too hard for him to chew?
- I have used these (even frozen em) for my dog. I usually only give her half (cut before they go into the freezer). It makes em extra hard, and she likes them. We like Trader Joe's Minta-Bones too. These treats are usually not hard enough to break or crack your dog's teeth. My dog being extra-sensitive (to everything) doesn't get any treat or food anymore before I run it thru a pendulum test. That's worked out very well for us. :~)

I have 2 bully breed pups 4.5 - 5 months old. They are both between 30 and 35 pounds. They are definitely power chewers! Are these dental bones good for my pups? Or should I wait for them to reach adult age?
- Hi y renee b, Yes, it is for Pet Weight minimum of 25 LBS and maximum of 50 LBS.

Will these stain my puppy's white fur?!
- I really don't know. I have a Bichon mix also, and I break these in half for him - they go straight into his mouth and he devours them so quickly they never touch his paws.

Do they make these without chicken?
- RE; Follow up to my first answer - Just FYI - These are the only ones I have found that petco carries that is grain free & no chicken, or other meat, no byproduct - Z Bones http://www.petco.com/product/121181/Zukes-Z-Bones-Edible-Grain-Free-Dog-Dental-Chews.aspx Comes in Berry & Carrot - My dogs like them

Are these bones long lasting
- No, they are not meant to be. Chewing them, and the pieces they break into is very effective in removing plaque from your dog's teeth. They are swallowed and digested.
