Questions
My shepherd which is now 5 months , am trying to find dog food for harder stools. Is this Baby Blue good for harder stools.? Hes been on whole Hearted and Hills and still loose stools
- I have fed the blue Buffalo baby for large breeds to both my Great Danes as puppies with great results. You can add pumpkin to your puppies food as well to help firm up their stool. Good luck with your puppy.

is this good for Mini Australian shepherds?
We have a 35 pound, four-month-old boxer mix puppy who has been on baby blue since we got him at eight weeks. What would be the next step up for him? He is obviously very large for his age, and he is always hungry!
- My 45 pound, 5 month old labradoole will be eating baby blue until he is 12-18 months old. Our fast growing, active puppies need the extra nutrients in the puppy food.

What is the difference between this "Baby Blue" Large Breed Puppy and the Blue Life Protection Formula Puppy Large Breed Chicken & Brown Rice??
- Jen229 is right -- I actually called Blue Buffalo and asked. It's the same formula, they're doing a test-run of a new marketing strategy in PetCo stores.
