BEST DOG FOOD FOR LOSEING WEIGHT
Is Blue Buffalo life protection formula senior food OK for dogs with diabetes? It has chicken and brown rice...
Weight Loss in Dogs: i have 2 Chihuahua's who have been on a diet with no results. The 1st dog weighs 10 lbs and should 5 to 6 lbs. The 2nd dog weighs 20lbs and should weigh 12 to 14 pounds. This is according to the Vet. We feed them Blue Buffalo Healthy Weight and Fresh Pet. Dog 1 gets 15 grams of each, Dog 2 gets 40 grams dry and 25 wet. Both are fed 2 time a day. The dogs willnot walk or any type of actual exercise.
Dr. Hinson, since blue buffalo has a lot of calories and my maleโs weight is steadily increasing (as expected because he is still growing) what food can I use to keep his weight under control because if I leave one cup of kibbles (each) out for them, Iโm lucky if they finish it within three days so itโs not like Iโm over feeding them plus they get daily exercise so I guess what Iโm looking for is a kibble thatโs grain free and can help feed my male enough but not get overweight.
My kitty is getting fat. He eats blue buffalo food. What's a good food to switch him to to help with weight management?
When is a good time to start switching my 7 month old puppies over to adult food? I have corgis so Iโm wanting to get them on a brand of food that helps manage their weight because as of now i feed them on can of blue buffalo wet food and one cup of blue buffalo dry food. My male is now 23 lbs and my female lost a pound so sheโs back to 20lbs. I prefer to stick to blue buffalo and grain free, my corgi has an extremely sensitive GI tract let me tell you.
Hey guys, Iโm slowly transitioning my dogs over to adult food but they are still getting their puppy food. Mia always has some kind of allergy so I was looking into getting BLUE Basicsยฎ Grain-Free Salmon & Potato Recipe For Adult Dogs but it doesnโt have any chicken or poultry by-product meals, corn, wheat, soy, dairy or eggs. Is that even healthy missing all of those food groups? Right now my dogs are on Blue buffalo freedom grain free.
What is the healthiest food for my dog? I am feeding him Blue's Weight Reduction and am thinking of switching to Science Diet since it is the #1 vet recommended food. Is it any better for him?
My dog is overweight & has been eating Blue Turkey & Potato Diet. My vet said to cut his intake from 3/4 cup a day to 1/2 cup & to supplement with green beans or rice cakes. After following this for about a year, he has not lost an ounce! The vet saidto cut his food back more. He is not very active & I cannot entice him to be more active. I am concerned that he is not getting enough nutrition from the small amount of dog food he gets & what is better for weight loss, low fat or calories?
Best inexpensive boxer dry dog food
My dog has been on a grain free soy free and chicken free food for about 8 months, He is 3 and has been gaining weight. He eats about 1/2 can of food twice a day and maybe a handful of dry food in between. He is never been a very active dog. He is part beagle and part chihuahua. He does have mostly a beagle body Short legs and long body Other than weight, he is healthy. What type of dog food would he need to lose weight
I have been feeding Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight dry food mixed with their Perfect Weight. Chicken Vegetable Stew (1/3 cup dry, 2 Tbs. Wet, 2x/day). I am thinking of switching to the wet food, which he seems to prefer. If i do, how much should I be feeding him (2 small meals per day)?
