I bought this for my two-year-old lab, and he loved the thing or rather chewed the living heck out of it for fifteen minutes before I noticed he had deformed the stick to a point where it was cutting his gums, and I had to take it away.

This one was definitely a hit with my two Am Staffs! I ordered one of these and another brand of bone and they both only want this one! I am going to have to order a second one so they don't keep fighting over it. It does seem like it could get to a not safe point with how the plastic is when it's chewed on. Just make sure to watch your pups and keep an eye on how the bone is looking after they chew on it for a while.

Dogs will only chew on one end

Dog will only chew on one side and distort it within 30 minutes. Dogs will not switch and chew on other ends so it doesn’t really last long

Dog loved it but not safe

Bought it for our pooch who absolutely loved it, however within a week the chewed edges became very sharp resulting in bleeding gums.
