My dog cannot get enough of her ice cream! She looks forward to it and shows how much she loves it by having this internal clock and communicates via gestures and body language

Not good for my dog

Gave my maltipoo this ice cream in small doses throughout the day and she has had horrible diarrhea for two days following. I also noticed that the pumpkin variety has “nutmeg” in it which causes seizures in dogs. I looked online about this and chat gpt said it was nutmeg flavoring not actual nutmeg? The ingredient label should be correct. Not only because it should be accurate but because people may think nutmeg is ok for dogs because it is listed as being an ingredient in the dog ice cream!

Picked these up as a high value frozen treat for the 4th of July. Licking is a great decompression activity for dogs. And I knew I needed something novel and special to compete with the booms outside. It was a hit with all 3 of my dogs.

Molly received a package of Pontch’s Mix from her friend, Bruno, as part of a gift for her 4th birthday. She is an extremely picky eater and devoured her treat and then brought the empty cup to us looking for more. I will definitely need to be getting more for her soon.

More powerful than the evil lawn mower man

My Australian Cattle Dog LOVES both flavors of the Doggie Desserts. I let her pick which flavor she wants, once a week when the evil lawn mower man is here. I either mash it into a lickimat or let her lick straight from the cup (bc timing). I find Pontch’s is a teensy bit “cleaner” if she’s licking from the cup, bc none of it flips out; the lil cookies in the Rosie’s version sometimes go rogue momentarily onto the couch or her bed. Doesn’t matter to me, though; I can replace the furniture, but I can’t replace her joy. (Note: Allegedly, I may or may not also have one of these mini-cups more often than my pupperina does—it’s rumored to be the only way I can portion control myself. Can neither confirm nor deny. But I do personally know that they’re DELICIOUS.)
