This review is not for the product but for how Petco packages the product. I’ve ordered this medication for years and they always used to pack it in a box with ice packs and very thick foam because this is an emulsion and it can’t get to a temperature higher than 77 degrees or it’s useless. This time when I ordered it they put it in a thin envelope with no protection, and the bottle was hot to the touch. I contacted them and explained the issue and they sent me out a replacement, which was packed the same way and was also hot. This one didn’t even include the medication instructions, it was literally just a bottle. I called again and they said they can’t provide instructions to the warehouse on how to pack it, so the next replacement will be packed the same way and will be just as useless. I have no choice but to order elsewhere in order to get medication I can use.

I’ve contacted you guys twice to let you guys know I’ve been overcharged. I’ve been charged twice. No one has responded.
