The Quad Dewormer Tablets are made to work effectively within a range of weights, as listed on the product’s description. Although these types of wormers generally have a wide margin of safety, if you dose your dog with a size designated for a larger, heavier dog, we would recommend contacting your veterinarian. If your dog is several pounds above the weight range that you treated with, the dewormer may not work effectively.

If reinfection occurs, tapeworm segments may be observed within one month of the initial treatment, which then you may re give the medication to your pet.
