I got my dogs a new brand of bully sticks (Redbarn) and a couple in the pack were dark and shriveled. Are they okay to give my dogs?
what kind of extra long lasting chew bars can my 7 month old 100 pound PYR. have? He is hooked on these high dollar Himalayan Cheese stick now. Thanks for your time, Whit
Question on bones and chews: Which can harm teeth (canines mainly) Bully sticks Retriever Rawhide (no knots at ends) Antlers (chew with back teeth and rarely) Nylabone Petsafe Wood Chew
My 1 1/2 year old wants to chew ... I am worried about fixing bones as they can damage teeth ... bully sticks last only minutes what else can you recommend
Kyro is my 1st dog, half Pit & Lab, 2 1/2 years old, 85 lbs. His weight is perfect. He's a heavy chewier. I walk him a lot. He's chewed his way through 2 tires & working on a Nylar Bone & Elk Antler. What's the healthiest & long lasting chew Elk Antler, Water Buffalo Horn, Stuffed bones or Moose Antler? How often can I give Bully Sticks? How often can I give Milk Bones? How often can I give Kong with Peanut butter? How often can I give treats? Sorry for so many questions but this is my 1st dog.
Hello buddy is a yellow lab and he loves to chew on Rawhide. I can't seem to find the huge rawhides he likes that I buy at Christmas time. Can you recommend any treats that he can chew on for long periods of time? I see that dr. Foster and Smith sell a rawhide bone but it's almost $30 for three of them and then not nearly the size of the large ones he gets through in a few days if that.
4 month old puppy swallowed a 6 inch bully stick after only softening about 1/2 of it. Did not choke on it and is resting peacefully. How concerned should I be?
Hello, I give my 16 month old lax mix long rawhide chews as posted in the picture. About 1 every other day. My question is...is that too often? These are about 8" long and about 1 -1 1/2" thick. She can knaw one down in about 1- 1-/2 hrs. Please advise. Thank you!
I gave Biscuit a bully stick for the first time today. She LOVES it. She is not a big eater, so I just took it away in order to encourage her to eat. She had a couple bites but is sniffing around for the bully stick and not eating! Question is this: how often and how long should I let her have this. Since she is not very food motivated, I would like to use this as a treat.
Good Evening. My healthy 43pound 7month female lab mix, after chewing it a few minutes, has just swallowed a single 6" piece of a 12" pizzle bull stick. Should I be concerned about it injuring her digestive system?
So Draco was chewing on a bully stick and I was trying to watch him. The next thing I know it was gone. I believe it was about 3-4 inches long. I am worried. He is about three months old and 25 lbs. should I be concerned and what should I look for if he needs to go to the vet.
Can my 7 1/2 month old Aussie/Chesapeake have a bully stick every now and then if he has Struvite Crystals? He had a UTI and it was treated but Crystals remained. We are working on getting rid of those now
