Calatheas are moderate to fast growing members of the Marantaceae family that are native to the tropical Americas. They come in many different varieties and are highly prized for their exotic, unique patterned foliage - often considered some of the most beautiful in the world! They should be planted in a well-drained soil mix but kept moist (not saturated) at all times. They require moderately low lighting to full shade and there should never be standing water on the leaves. Bright lighting will damage the leaves and fade the color. These plants need stable temperatures, preferably above 60 degrees, as they are highly sensitive to cold drafts and other temperature fluctuations.

Hi, I'm going to move with my 8-months-old kitten in a couple of days and the trip will take over 5-6 hours. I've decided to use Beaphar products. What is it better to use to reduce the stress - the collar or the drops? And is there any product from that brand to help stranger cats get along?
Hi. I was wondering, what species of frog is roughly 2 inches in length, light green and has large feet and how much do i have to feed it?
Hi! I have a single Corn Snake that has lived on their own for their life ever since they were an infant snake. After a week or so of odd behavior I have just come home from work to what appears to be a single Egg in the Viv. I didn't realise before now that snakes still lay eggs without a partner to fertilize them, but I'm not sure what to do.
What is causing this? I have attached 3 photos.
I have 2 Mystery Snails and a betta in a 3.5G tank. Tank is filtered and has a heater. One snail has not grown at all while the other has nearly doubled in size. He is lathargic and I rarely see him eat his food or even come out of the shell. His shell has turned to a dull dark brown colour and looks to be cracking a little bit. Does this sound like a water issue? Does he sound sick? What can I do to help him. In the last picture, he is the smaller snail in the front.
What type of fish can I keep with my adult male betta fish, he is in a 3 gallon tank.
I’m not sure if this is a cut or something else.
Hello my cat is an inside and out cat, I live in Florida. I have two litter boxes for him it is a clumping brand so it's an easy clean up, he has no problem using them. the question is the box I have put outside is clumping with out my cat using it, and when it does start to clump he doesn't use the one out side.... but still uses the box with the same litter inside. Which litter should I use out side?
