Dissatisfied with the time of delivery. Trying to Contact a real person to talk to was painful. Will never purchase anything from Petco online.

At the time of this review it had been 9 days without any updates on shipping.

Do not order this item - only buy in store. Ordered this item on Sept 6. Order said would be delivered in 5 day. Called Petco and automated system said order will be delivered Sept 13. On Sept 30 called again and system still said “will be delivered on Sept 13”. Got a human CSR. They said order had been lost in shipping. They reordered doghouse on Sept 30 and said doghouse would arrive in 5 days. On Oct 8 called them again and was told that order had been lost again in shipping. CSR said they would have to generate another new order. Checked on Oct 9 and discovered the order was changed to the small dog house (up to 20lbs not up to 90lbs). I called again for a refund. CSR tells me they can’t process the refund until they know the additional orders CSRs placed have been cancelled and not gone out - but the items for the orders were “lost” so refund may take time. Talked to a friend about this and then mentioned they had similar experience with a large item. Appears Petco can’t reliably ship large items from warehouse (small items are fine). So heads up. If Petco says the item is too large for express ship, then don’t buy it, get it from a store.

I recently purchased the Petbarn 3 Dog House and I think it is a very good product. I would've given it five stars but I had some difficulty with assembly. Specifically, when I took it out of the box, the cover was placed upside down and tucked into the base. Separating those two pieces wasn't easy, and I had to ask someone to help me.

Nice dog house. This fits 2 of my mini Aussies. The problem is the top don’t latch on, it will not snap to the bottom piece. I’m sure this is doesn’t happen all the time. However, this is the 2nd one I have purchased and will most likely buy another in the future.

To add to efficiency of comfort during cold or rain perhaps a lightweight shell to cover house with a side entrance could be produced, of material like a child's swimming pool. I would buy one!!!

love these pet barns. Second one I have purchased and my cats are happy, safe, and warm.

Very pleased with this product. My pup is only 15 weeks old, but she's going to get pretty big. We've had several bad storms lately, and it has held up well and kept her safe and dry. It was also super easy to put together.
