Package had missing pieces and missing parts. I took it to the store and got it refunded

I just received this scratch post, and upon unboxing I realized that the spring was not included, the name plate was hanging off and only held together by one screw, and the pieces are completely filthy. That being said, the overall quality of the wood and other materials are good and I would give this product a 4 star if all of the peices were cleaned and intact.
No, I do not recommend this product.
