It looked mostly sturdy, even though the posts were kinda flimsy/shaky whenever our cats deemed to use it and our cats didn't mind it though it wasn't their preferred tree (ungrateful freeloaders they are). Recently, we repositioned everything in their room, to see if maybe that's the reason they've been ignoring it existed and lo and behold it was. So they've been using it more often to get access to their higher cabinets (like with the other cat tree) and about 2 weeks in this cat tree broke. Their favorite cat tree is a different brand and at half the price of this one we've had it going on 3 years now is still as strong as the fay we bought it, nothings broken though we'll probably replace the carpet and the cat sisal rope on it since the cats go HARD on that thing. I really wanted to love it, but it's not at all the quality I was expecting. So it was disappointing, but lessons were learned.

We had this tower for five years and it has lasted pretty well up until now. The two cats compete for the top shelf, though, so it made it loose and wobbly and a few times I thought the tower might fall over. (One is a large kitty, about 20 pounds.) One issue we had was the one shelf just kept twisting and didn't stay stable, but it did stay together the whole time at least. An annoyance was that fur gathered on the top shelves where they would lay and getting the fur off was kinda tough, I had to use my fingers since a vacuum just wouldn't get it all. The cats loved it, though, because of the carpet on the shelves. I think cats like to lay on our clothes, towels, carpets, etc if they are rough for the very reason that they get their loose fur and act like a brush. This is a good cat tower, pretty tall. It's over 5 feet tall and it is sturdy so I recommend getting it, on sale if you can't afford the full price at first.

The cat tree looks just like the picture and it’s easy to put together. It’s nice and tall too. I had my cat interested and climbing it just within couple minutes of being completed. This is our second Armakat cat tree and we love them. Good quality and interest from our cats.

Armarkat makes the best cat trees. They sell replacement parts as well. Great stuff. Oh, the cats liek the trees too, especially running up an down them like made fools.

Nice materials. The 1st perch could be steadier. It shakes when my cat jumps on it. But my cat loves his cat tree!

Easy assembly, cat loves it. Cat hut is a little small for him, but the perches are his favorite.

I have another armakat which was easy to make. This one was easy to make too except the gray part is just made defective out of the factory. Even the blueprint shows it is impossible to attach the top part of the gray pouch to the ceiling because it doesnt have a way to close the screw. Blue print also lacks the thing that should close the screw for gray thing- it wasn't like a piece was missing the blueprint doesn't have it. And the rope to attach the gray pouch to the top is too short and doesn't even reach the ceiling!! it is too short. On top of that the L shaped screw driver came with one side not sticking into the screw. Gray pouch also had smear paint. Spent $30 for shipping only
