My new cat uses every part of this tree, and I can't imagine getting anything smaller. It's legit her own apartment. She's a 10lb cat who loves to climb and jump, and this is right against a window and in a corner. Great buy and very solid constructions, especially with all the different and stackable discounts.

Great for multiple cats because the different levels allow for play or "alone time". When our younger kitty wants space she perches on the top or goes in the more enclosed area. My only dissatisfaction was with one perch that is wobbly. But since the cats just avoid that level and use the rest I can't complain.

I had an old one of these that needed replacement, so I purchased a new one from Petco - it was shipped directly from Armarkat, coming from PA. Well, MANY of the pieces have HORRIBLE quality control issues with carpet not being cut well or glued properly on several pieces. One piece in particular has a whole side where the carpet was not glued completely, so it's fraying and falling apart horribly, not even attached or coming completely off the board in multiple spots. Since many cats will pick at and play with such things, this is DANGEROUS. I called and emailed Armarkat and sent them a picture of the part and told them how badly it was fraying to the point of being dangerous, thinking they would help replace the defective part so I didn't have to return the whole thing. First, all calls and emails to Armarkat go to somewhere overseas, so you can only leave a voicemail and you have to wait 24-36 hours before you get a response to each attempt you make to reach them (12 hours if you're lucky). After no response to my original emails, I did the web form submission - they responded to this and told me they didn't receive my prior emails, but then they responded to one of those emails the following day. They told me according to my picture it seems there is some carpet coming off, that the edge may not be handled properly since it is handmade and they would tell their factory to be careful in the future. Instead of offering a replacement part, they also told me I should just cut off the "additional" carpet on the back of the part. There is no "additional" carpet, it's frayed past the glue line, and I would not have contacted them if it was something I could just trim without it remaining a danger to cats! The fact that the carpet is literally unraveling past the glue line in one area and is not properly glued in many places means it will just keep fraying more, and trimming won't help. Also, why should we as a customer have to fix anything on a $200 cat tree? In the past I would have recommended this product completely. Now I would say if you do purchase this and get even one defective part, return the whole thing. It's not worth the safety risk to your animals or the aggravation of trying to get any help from their customer service.

I bought this back in December for my two cats and they absolutely love it! It’s held up very well and was easy to put together

My cat loves it! He usually jumps on the top to get away from the dog. It sits by the window, so he enjoys sitting on his cat tree and it saves my window sill.

My cat loves it. I like the variety of activity it offers my fur baby.
