Cancelled with no explanation
After delaying shipment for a week, Petco cancelled this order with no explanation offered. I don’t have a 0 star option or I would give it. Why are you even sending me a review form for something I never was allowed to have?

Sturdy, but be extra careful during install
The cat tree is sturdy and our kitty loved it immediately even when we were just installing it. However, we did find a small part, one staple nail that went loose and dropped in the fluffy fleece fabric, that might have been swallowed by the cat. So please be extra cautious when installing the cat tree.
