Questions
The negative reviews on this cooling mat must be on the wrong item because this item does not use any water. Misplaced or bogus reviews?
- I'm not sure what the reviews are saying, but I got a small mat for my Yorkie and a large mat for my Service Dog. They both like them. It seems that the gel inside the mats draws the body heat away to dissipate. When either of the dogs gets off the mat, it feels cool to the touch. There is no warm spot where they were laying. Also they (the dogs) don't have cool spots on them from laying on the mat.

- We had it only 3 days and it got a hole and leaked the liquid out onto my living room carpet.

I Bought a dog Dog cooling Mat and My Dog is keep avoiding it and does not want to lay down on it. How do i get my dog to like it and lay down on it?
My dog ripped two medium sized holes in his self cooling mat (brand is “unleashed”) and I’m sure he digested some of the gel, exactly how much I do not know. They advertise that it is nontoxic, but idk if I should be worried or not?

I have a dog house with carpet over front entrance and a heated pet pad I bought from a hardware store. It seems warm and the 8 month old beagle goes in it but how cold is to cold for a four hour length outside while I work? He seems happy and the pad feels warm when I test it.
I don't have air conditioning in my apartment and it can get quite hot in the mid afternoon - sometimes I'm away at work. How can I best keep my cat cool and safe?
