I didn’t get the batteries. It says it would come with batteries but they didn’t

I have it at to 10 which should be 1 cup and it only puts out about 1/3 cup, so upset, I was almost starving my dog for who knows how long!

I bought this feeder in September of 2020. I thought it would be a nice way to dispense a small amount of food at a time throughout the day and to have when we were gone for a weekend. It was great for about six months. I had no problem programming it, and it worked as it said it would. However, about six months after I got it, it would occasionally stop working and give an error message. It was easy to reset by turning it off and back on. It was just occasional, and I read it was because the food was stuck in it (although that never seemed to be the case because turning it off and on always reset it). But now it is giving the error message at least once a day, if not more. I’m constantly checking it and resetting it. I’m essentially feeding my cats every time I do this because I don’t know when they last got food. This thing was not cheap, and a year later it basically doesn’t work at all anymore. I’m annoyed that I have to find another one. If someone has a suggestion for a good feeder that I don’t have to replace after a year, please let me know.

Not real user friendly and some functions didn't work at all, like the record a message. Very hard to get the settings to work. Had to turn off power and restart to get it to get set up of times and meals, etc.

I bought two of these feeders; one for each floor. They were easy to set up and work perfectly.
