If I could have given no stars I would have. I picked this up instead of the 2 I usually use (Tetra and API) because it was slightly less expensive. I added it to my 2 five gallon buckets (I have a vertical 10 gallon tank) and then drained out about 1/4 but the water looked cloudy even after a few hours so I vacuumed the gravel again while removing another 1/4 and it stayed cloudy. I thought maybe the new filter wasn't acting right so I rinsed the sponges in the bucket with the conditioner in it and replaced them. I went back an hour later to find 5 of my large fish dead (really big tetras and platys) 3 more staying near the top along with my snails. I scooped out those still alive and placed them in my two 5 gallon tanks and hope they live. I just bought the bottle Wed. (it's now Sunday) so I'm taking the dead fish in tomorrow to the store along with the bottle. NEVER AGAIN will I buy an Aqueon product!

When I add this to my 10 gallon tank do I add the 5 milliliters every time I do a water change? I feel like I’m not adding enough.
- Hello! Whenever you are adding tap water to your aquarium you should also add 5ml of Aqueon Water Conditioner for every 10 gallons in order to detoxify heavy metals, ammonia, and other elements.

- Hi there! You would need to add 0.65mL (13 drops) to your 1.3 gallon tank and 1mL (20 drops) to your 2 gallon tank. Our formula is 0.5mL/ per gallon!

I have a fishless 10 gallon tank that we were preparing for new fish, but I accidentally added 30ml of water conditioner instead of 5ml. How can I fix this or do I need to pour it all out and start over? Had planned to add fish in the next 4-5 days
What type of fish do you sale?
- They have all kinds of freshwater and saltwater fish. If you're looking for something specific, I suggest going to a store near you to see what is available since not all fish are available in all areas/states. Also if they don't have something they may be able to get it for you or tell you where you can get what you're wanting.

how much of the product do I need to add to my small 1 gallon aquarium?
- So I would say about 15 drops per gallon. But be sure to measure because you can over condition the water. It takes about 15 minutes to begin to work.
