2 Leaking tanks = bad manufacturing
Mu second one that eventually LEAKED. They dont hlue these things properly, just to save a few pennies. When your tank is empty in thr morning and all your fish are dead, you'll know what a joke this company really is.

Very poor quality
I purchased this tank ~6 months ago, even though a lot of the reviews were horrible. I put into my garage and filled it up to sit for 2 weeks with no issue. Drained and brought into my house and everything was fine until it wasn't. Came home from a camping trip 2 weeks ago to find that it was leaking very bad. The seam on the back right of the tank was opening up, so I had to put a clamp on the tank on that side and then used half a tube of silicon to get it to stop leaking. The leaking ruined my stand, and made a mess on the floor in my basement. Took the tank down last week and purchased a new Marine Land tank and set it up. I have another Marine Land tank that been set up for over 2 years with no issue. I should not have made the mistake in purchasing this tank during one of the 50% off sales, its just not worth the trouble due to the very bad quality.

Failed after 2 yrs
one of the bottom seals failed after 2 yrs, I was lucky my wife heard the drip at 2am and i was able to save the fish..... Aqueon honored the warrenty by refunding what I paid for the Tank which is now more expensive to replace... I will not be replacing with same brand of tank however....

Shotty silicone seals
Purchased 1 year and 6 months ago and no leaks, however, the silicone seals looks like the technician that put the tank together, WAS TIMED! Get 'er sealed in 15 minutes! ALSO, it helps if you use a SELF LEVELING matt, people.

Beware! Will eventually leak on you!
Well it lasted about two years before it started to leak. Definitely will never buy a tank from petco again. My whole room got flooded, many things got water damaged and now I'm out a tank for my turtle. Not to sound dramatic but I'm lucky to be alive I had left my surge protector on the floor luckily it was resting on top of something.

Don’t buy this brand fish tanks!!!
Tank lasted 3 weeks and the seal gave up had around 20 gallons of water on my floor not the best thing after coming home from work

I'd like to purchase this tank, but the massive amount of reviews regarding leaks & shattered glass are alarming. I don't intend to use this tank for fish, I'd like to use it to house land hermit crabs with deep substrate. Is it suitable for hermit crabs?
- Yes! Ive used these tanks my turtles, fish, dwarf frogs, snails, etc. for years now and I’ve never had an issue with leaking or shattering.

- Roll over image to zoom in Fluval AquaClear 110/500 Aquarium Power Filter will fit. This is what we use on ours. We have two, 75 gallon tanks. You can get this at PetCo or on Amazon.
