- No, this is not a battery heater.

Is this good for 125 gallon aquarium
- 200 watts will be ok, but for that size tank, but depending on the ambient room temperature and what your desired temperature result is, you may need an additional heater. It is not uncommon to use more than one heater in large tanks.

Is this a good heater for a 20 gallon tank? Im seeing mixed answers of what heater to get for a 20 gallon tank.
- Maybe, depends how critical it is to keep an exact specific temperature. They claim to be factory calibrated but the reality is they can be off a few degrees from the listed 78. However the biggest knock would be the wattage for the tank size, if they fail in the "on" state, it will very quickly cook a tank of that size. However if the tank is in a room that gets quite cold, i.e. an unheated garage or something, then I can see it being more useful. I probably wouldn't do any more than 75 watts for a tank of that size though

A 55gal tank at 70degFb, how many hours to heat to 78degF if in a room at 65degF?

- I bought a 100w heater for my 30 gal tank and temp doesn’t go higher than 71-72 degrees. I just purchased a 200W so hoping that will bring it up to at-least the 78 degree mark.

will this work for a 30 gallon outdoor pond? ( goldfish )
- You should not use an Aqueon heater for an outdoor pond as it is for indoor use only. You may want to consider a product from a sister company, K&H Products. The brand has pond de-icers.

What is the best way to heat hedgehog cage with lamp?
He's a full grown betta fish, I've had him for a little over half a year, adopted him from a friend. He has a filter and a heater in his tank & I try to stick with recommended products. As of the last couple months, his fins are curling up in the back and he will only eat one pellet every other day or so. I had been feeding him three pellets twice daily. Last week I started cleaning his 1 gallon tank twice a week instead of once a week, and am considering upgrading to a 2.5 gallon tank instead.

Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
Hi there. So I am looking into getting a heat dome for my crested gecko. I know they don’t have to have a heat lam but I want him to have a UVB bulb Because it’s good for them. But I am not quite sure that type to get. Any suggestions? I was looking at petco’s tropical combo pack. He lives in a 10 g. With live plant. (I will upgrade when he is bigger) also do you know an age on him? I got him 3 months ago from petsmart. I could tell he was a male a week after I got him. (Pic from yesterday)
Trying to figure out why my female betta died this morning. I had a male in the tank with her (with a divider). She was acting fine and eating. I did do a water change but I only but in “bottled betta water”. I also added a heater but I unplugged it when it got to 82 degrees. The male is fine. Do I need to do a water change or anything for him or should he be fine? I got them both a week ago at the same time
I am about to get a crested gecko and have done lots of research, but am nervous I'll kill my crestie. You see, lots of people have different opinions about additional lighting. 1 breeder said a heat lamp killed many of his crested geckos, while another breeder said it killed her geckos when they DIDNT have a heat lamp. Should I get a heat lamp? (My tank is a 12 by 12 by 18, of that helps at all) Also, should that size tank be good for 1 crested gecko for his entire life?
I have a question about our betta fish. He seems to be hanging at the top of the tank, not moving much. We have a heater and the tank is at the right temp. He only started doing this the last couple of days. He isn't really eating or moving around. Just sitting high up at the top of the tank.

I have a wolf fish that seems to be sick. He is upside down in the tank now for 24 hrs. He is still breathing but seems to bee struggling. I have increased the temp in the tank and added aquarium salt. I have added a bacterial and fungal treatment today into the tank. I have used some moss to prop him up correctly in hopes this will help him. What would u suggest? Please help.
