Description

Please note that the product information displayed is provided by manufacturers, suppliers and other third parties and is not independently verified by Petco.

When your little shrimpy friends are feeling peckish, give them the best with Aqueon Omnivore Shrimp Food! Our protein-packed discs are perfect for shrimp in the Genus Caridina, like Crystal and Bumble Bee Shrimp. And if your shrimp are carrying eggs (also known as "berried"), our higher protein levels will give them the boost they need. But wait, there's more! Our herbivore discs are plant-based and ideal for shrimp in the Genus Neocaridina, such as Cherry and Blueberry Shrimp.

  • - Contains Bentonite Clay to aid with molting and strong shell production (because no one wants a weak-shelled shrimp)
  • - No Fish Meal (because we're not feeding our undersea friends to other undersea friends)
  • - Mimics Natural Diet (because we're all about authenticity here at Aqueon)
  • - Enhances Color (because who doesn't love a vibrant shrimp?)
  • - Ideal for both omnivores and herbivores (because we don't discriminate)
  • - Comes in a convenient 1.65 oz package (because we know you have better things to do than constantly restocking shrimp food)

Not for ghost shrimps.

My ghost shrimps are not fan of this food at all, only one or 2 of them are a little bit interested in it but they let it rot almost entirely after a few minutes or tasting it. I will see if cherry shrimps like it or not once I receive them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My Blue Dream swarmed this food like they had been starved their whole lives. I like that it expands, kind of makes it easier for the shrimp to rip pieces off.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I purchased this to feed my female fiddler crab, and she loves it! I do break it up a bit because she is so small, but she always eats this before any other food!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I just bought this in store and overall its not bad. When I put the tablet in water it expanded and kinda made a mess but it was no biggie. The shromp were semi pleased but didnt eat much. (I just put them in the tank, thats probably why). Overall not bad for 4$!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great for picky/shy shrimps

No complaints about this shrimp food. I have a shy blood red fire shrimp that basically lives on my heater. I've struggled with making sure he's fed when I dump frozen mysis into the tank, but he likes these pellets. He struggles to hold them and hold onto the heater at the same time, and when he drops them, my hermit crabs pounce on it, so whatever is in these seems to taste great to bottom feeders. They're about the size of a plain m&m.

Yes, I recommend this product.
