This is listed as 24” when it is only 23”. Does not fit my 24” tank. LED light also not working

Light did not work when it arrived. It looks great but the light doesn’t turn on so it’s kind of pointless. Very disappointing

Really good I don't know they're were 2 light settings.

Never received the item.They sent me an email saying there would be a delay,then never heard back from them.I checked the status a week later and nothing has happened,so guess i will cancel the order.

This top was bulky, hard to configure, and was either missing the plug or came without a plug. Either way it made my beautiful tank look ugly and I returned it. I ended up buying a custom top on another website.

I purchased this hood to replace the original hood that came with my Aqueon tank kit because the lights on the original hood had begun to flicker and then failed. After setting up the new hood on my tank, I was very disappointed to find that the LED light strip did not work. A tiny blue light, in the center of the light cover/housing, came on but the main light strip did not. I called Aqueon customer service, but after 20 minutes of being on hold, listening to a repeated recording asking me if I was still there, and telling me to press numbers on the phone if I wanted to continue to hold (and try to get help) I got a recording that said the system was having issues and I would have to call back. I followed up the phone call with an email, but have had no response yet. Very frustrating. In addition to the light not working, it is worth noting that the new hood did not come with a cord that would plug into a wall outlet. The cord on the new hood is maybe 10" long, and ends in a small connector that has to plug into another cord that then plugs into the wall. Because I was replacing my old hood, I still had the old connector cord that would plug into the wall. If I hadn’t had that I would have been out of luck. It seems strange to me that not everything needed to make the hood work was supplied. Since the light—the reason I purchased a new hood—does not work, I am out of luck anyway. I am hoping that Aqueon will respond to my email and will send me a light strip that does work, but that remains to be seen.

Very nice hood and a professional setup. Liked it so much I bought another. The front part opens up for the ease of feeding fish or putting a net in the tank. Cut outs in the back for filter and heater. Has great lamps that you can interchange.

Fit my 55 gallon tank perfect. The one light is very bright. Very please with the LED light.
