Terrible terrible terrible product!! I bought this tank with the hopes of making a classy display tank with soft edge lights. The lights on this are so bright that it hurts my eyes and because of how small the tank is, you can’t even see inside the tank when the lights are on… they just completely take over. There is also no “natural” light futures… just obnoxious neon colors. The bottom is also elevated with a hole in the middle, leaving the bottom unsupported… makes me wonder how sturdy it will be. I usually love Aqueon so I am very disappointed :(

i really enjoyed this tank… until it randomly sprung a leak all throughout the bottom of the aquarium. i lost a betta due to this. i only bought the product in july. i’ve only had the tank for 8 months! that’s less than a year people! absolutely absurd for a tank that’s over $100. and aqueon chooses to do nothing about this.

1st IMAGE IS DECEITFUL!!! The “Bite” is realizing it Does NOT Come With The Top Light! Quality and clarity is 10 out of 10! Bottom lights are cool and saved me a lot of DIY to add. Only complaint is for a 3 gallon $90 aquarium it does not come with the top light AS SHOWN & not clearly stated in description. And NO I didn’t not expect the fish and rocks to be included… haha (

Lights turn off and won't turn back on after only a few months. Don't waste your money

I bought this tank exactly two weeks ago. Woke up this morning and found that it was leaking water like a sieve. Very disappointed. I loved the look of the tank and the edgelit lights, but the remote never worked properly from day one. So don't waste your time or effort. Will be taking it back for a refund.

I purchased 6 gallon 2 weeks ago and so far I love it. I purchased on sale for $37.50 was supposed to be on sale for $55.00. Happy with price I got it for. I would not buy at full price considering I spent close to $100 for light, filter, and heater. Edge lights are pretty. I have had no issues with leaks or too much silicone as some people have reviewed.

I got this as a birthday present in 2023 and I LOVE my Aqueon Edgelit Cube 6 gallon. It has sparked a love and trust in me of Aqueon products. This tank has great views, modern streamlined aesthetic. I love the variety of light colors and modes. I love the glass lid with the customizable rear pannel so you can cut out spots for all your tank gear. The only way I could see this getting better down the road would be more light options (like a thunderstorm) and a small feeding hole in the glass part of the lid. I would definitely reccomend this nano tank my betta loves it just as much as I do.

For the 6 gallon, what filter and heater is a good recommendation? Also, where does everyone get the nice lamp for over top? I know it doesn’t come with it so wondering of any suggested brands:)

I have the 3 gallon, I don't know if this answers your questions, but I use nano sponge filter from aquarium co-op, and a 50 watt heater. The tank is perfect size for my betta fish.
