It works until it doesn't. Loved the light and the features are awesome. Came with thee different ways to attach the light as well as two power sources. Then it happened. The light just stops working. I can not turn it on either with new batteries or the power cord. Zero reason at all just stoped lighting after less than two months.

I wouldn't buy again. In my opinion it's a $3.00 light. Almost break it when trying to put it together. Most $10.00 light's I've used are better and cheaper.

I have 3 betta tanks. Two 20 g long and one 10g. I use these lights on my betta tanks. My bettas are in a room that has ambient lighting and the only live plants are Anubias which actually grow in shade so theres no need to stress my fish out with stadium lights. They have become much more active since switching to these lights. Very happy and so are my fish. The reason I took off a star is because this should come with a cord. Had to go to the store and pay $12 for a usb mini cable...that doesn't include the block. Luckily my power strip has slots for usb cable. Aqueon, add the cord to the light!!! The price point is pretty high for not being complete. After much research this is truly the only low light available on the market that doesn't need to attach to a rim. Its a great light but I would actually pay a few dollars more if it came complete with everything you need.

Perfect for my mini aquarium with plants. Battery powered or portable usb. I used an external charger as a main source of power. This is excellent for saving electricity. It gives good ambience lighting with green (plant), pot (orange), and black (sponge filter and gravel) color scheme.

It’s not very bright and if you choose to do the battery option, it only stays on for one hour at a time. I bought three for my three tanks because of the battery option so I wouldn’t have to find another plug for three more plugs. Just wish it would have a timer option of longer than one hour.

I can’t turn on and off the light with the touch button when it’s on usb. It can be turned on only if I take off the top of the battery compartment and poke the inside. Am I missing something?

I recently bought this light. Is there anyway for it to not be on a timer. I use it with batteries and not the USB. It turns off after just a couple of hours, and I would like it to be on all day
