Not worth it, won't buy another Aqueon stand

Chipped edges and required touch up, alignment was off and needed to be adjusted, holes for hinges were so tight I had to hammer them in! POOR packaging!

I’ve had the stand about a year now. I wish I knew then, that it was going to be a wast of money. The water leaked onto the stand and as someone stated and it being obvious particle wood in water do not mix. The stand I have now is useless and the tank is useless without the stand. What a wast of money. I do not recommend this stand or tank.

Absolutely awful product. It’s made of particle board and doesn’t even have a top!! We has to use a rubber mallet to put it together because nothing was aligned. The handle jingles and the entire thing rocks like it’s going to collapse. This heap of trash is worth $5, not $90. Worst product ever.

I’ve had this setup for over 2 years now and it’s awesome! I like the tall narrowness of it and it’s easy to clean. I’m actually wanting another one!

Horrible tank and stand.

Cheaply made. Came out of the box with scratches all over it. The tank itself, that I bought separately had the sealant all over it. The assembly was awful, you basically have to hammer it together. And the door is under the lip of the tank, so it’s hard to even open the door. My best advice is to buy a different tank.

It's made of wood, and unfortunately, the aquarium I have will only fit on this stand, the aquarium has a design flaw with a piece of plastic (support) goes right in front of the filter, so any change in water flow from the HOB filter, the water goes down the plastic and ruins the stand. The support beam should be in front, not the back!!! So, this is the second stand I've bought, and only buying it again because its the only stand that will work. Particle wood and water don't mix. Ridiculous.

How much clearance is under this stand? How tall is the feet on the bottom & what is the space in-between? I want to place this where I currently have an heat/air vent with a vent redirector forcing the air out the front. Can you add furniture extenders?

I just bought the tank and stand and I’m having a really hard time putting the hinges on the door for the stand. People at petco don’t know how to put it together either. Really need help

    I had a hard time too. I used a hammer and gently tapped them. The directions make it sound like they just pop in. I did get them in with the hammer. t’s a really awful stand. Within a week it had warped. A small amount of water spilled over the top of the tank. It completely is taped the particle board and make the finish bulge off. I can’t understand why they would make the stand out of particle board. I would have returned it but I already had the tank filled and on top with fish in it. I couldn’t move it and was stuck with the crappy stand. The tank is awesome! I love the tank. Do yourself a favor and return the stand.

It claims 10-19g I believe. I don’t see a bottom, it looks pretty custom to the specific tank in the picture... so my question would be does that build of tank come in a few sizes or could something like a 14g rimless square tank (18x18x18in) fit?
