The Aquaready HOB-R Hang-On-Back Refugium is your go-to solution for boosting your saltwater aquarium's filtration and biodiversity. This easy-to-install hang-on style refugium offers extra space for macroalgae growth, beneficial bacteria, and microfauna that will help improve water quality and provide a natural food source for aquarium inhabitants. With its compact design and hassle-free maintenance, the HOB-R is one of the easiest ways to naturally export nutrients and create a thriving habitat for your aquatic pets. A refugium containing macroalgae will help to control nitrates and phosphates by consuming them as the macroalgae grows. Additionally, macroalgae will compete with nuisance algae within the aquarium, and assist your filtration system in keeping your aquarium water clean.A refugium can also harbor many beneficial invertebrates, which consume uneaten food or detritus.

I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. I have a 5 gallon tank with a submerged Built-in filtration system how many cubes do I use and how do I put them in my filter? Please provide the instructions thank you for your time.
So I've been thinking about getting an axolotl, but I'm a bit confused as I've never had any type of aquarium. My question is: I've been told to get an Aquaclear 50 HBO filter (plus a sponge one for extra bio media), and to slow the flow by placing plants and things under it. But this specific model's slowest flow is 250 l/h, which might be too little for a 90l tank. But if I set it up to 370 or so (which I find would be the best), the flow might be too strong for the axie! Any solutions? <3
Is it suitable to make a 1 feet marine tank. What fish should i keep in it?
How to do clean water which fill in aquarium if doesn't have water conditioner?
We are new to having aquariums, we really didn't realize so many things played a factor with the water. We currently have a 10 gallon tank but want to increase to a 29 gallon tank. We currently buy gallons of water but with the 29 gallon tank we really don't want to have to do that. We have well water with a salt filter. My levels from to tap was nitrate 10, nitrite 0, hardness 0, chlorine 0, alk 100, ph 7.. is my tap water safe even with the salt filter.
Is this tank big enough/small enough to hold goldfish fry (these fish will not be in it we are just cleaning up there other tank)
