Aquacultured Mocha Storm Ocellaris Clowns are a beautiful clown variant. They will very likely choose a host anemone fairly quickly. In one of the neatest displays of symbiotic behavior that you can see in a home aquarium, the anemone provides food and a cleaning service for the anemone, which in turn protects the clownfish. They are an excellent addition to just about any aquarium as they are very hardy and accustomed to captivity. This clown is reef safe, will eat processed foods and can be added in small groups. Clownfish are known to change their sex to increase their chance of reproduction and genetic diversity in the wild. A school of clowns are built on a hierachy with the female on top, so the largest clown in a school is always the female. They are predominately white with brown/orange markings, black eyes and mostly white face. The Mocha Storm Ocellaris Clown will grow to be about 3" in size.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

Hello- I'm hoping your knowledgeable staff might be able to answer a question for us, please. My daughter has a goldfish that she has had for 3.5 years (won at a county fair). These last few months or so he's (she?) had a bubble growth growing on the top of his head. This last week we noticed parts of it are starting to turn black. Can you tell us what this is, by chance, and if there is anything we can do for it? We were thinking a tumor of some sort maybe? :( I've attached some photos I
