The chewables are fine...IM disappointed it took so long for the order to arrive... and Tess's Vet did approve within a day and half of my order. I ordered from your store in Falmouth MA because it is 25 minutes from my house. But the pills came from Portland OR and took over a week to get here

My first time ordering medication from Petco. I made sure to place my order to allow enough time to receive it before running out. After 2 days received an email that they were having trouble reaching my veterinarian. I spoke to my vet and they never received a request or contact. I called customer service to advise them my vet didn't get a request and that I was worried about getting it in time as there still would be shipping time. I asked if I could change the order to pick it up at the store and was told they couldn't change the order and was told to cancel the order and place a new one and select pick up at store. That is what I did just to find out that I wouldn't be able to pick it up. Now I had to start from the beginning. Placed the 2nd order and 2 days later received an email that my order was cancelled as they could not make contact with my vet. I was in touch with my vet daily and they never received any request or contact at all. Needless to say, I ran out of the medication that my dog cannot miss one dose of without medical issues. Had to place another order elsewhere. This was a complete waste of time, numerous attempts made and no result. I'm not sure what kind of process you use for these orders but it is not effective. I am disappointed and frustrated. I use Petco all the time for my dog, it was my "go to" store. I will never place another medication order or purchase my pet supplies from Petco any longer.

This works great for my dog. It stops her from chewing on her feet and legs. She loves the taste so they are easy to give to her.

Prescription meds from Petco are cheaper than at the vet and the same medication. I gave them 4 stars because they only gave my vets office less than 24 hours( Sunday afternoon till Monday AM) to respond before they threatened to cancel my order.

Petco (Online ordering, repeat orders, premier benefits )staff is consistently helpful and considerate and solves any issues with orders. I was having trouble navigating that and they were very patient and got me through it!!! In-store staff in Carson City also is equally as helpful, recommending products, able to talk about each product and relevancy to my pet… Broad product line. Online ordering arrives quickly and efficiently. Curbside / in-store pick up is the same. Staff and Manager and grooming! folks are all the best. Recommended the Petco premier which has been more of a than even expected benefit. The rewards have been Very generous!
