Do I need to remove the koi when using these products
- No, just follow instructions.

Is this safe for red eared sliders?
- Should be fine. It’s basically barley powder and dissolves pretty fast. It is safe for koi and goldfish so can’t see why it wouldn’t.

Will this safe for cherry shrimps, fancy guppies, snails? Is this all natural bacteria? Can I use in 300 gallon aquariums?
- I don't know. We have a koi pond, about 4000 gallons and also mosquito fish which I think are like guppies and seem to be ok when not eaten by Koi. Does help clean up pond.

- Hi PondPets, Yes, all of the API products are ok if any wildlife or domestic animals come by for a drink or swim in treated water, as long as you dose it correctly.

i put algaefix in my 3000 gal pond today when should I add pond zyme
- ChgoMan, Thank you for your question. You can use any of the API products in conjunction with each other as long as you are dosing the products accordingly to the label. You do not need to wait a specific amount of time before adding the Pond Zyme to your pond after adding the Algae Fix.

Can this be used in a pond that does not have fish or a pump to make the water clear & also remove sludge & algae?
- Thank you for your question. The PondCare Pond-Zyme with Barley is made to break down debris and sludge that clogs up pumps and filters, however it should still work without having a pump.
