Don't waste money
I just bought this. The cement these use to put the bamboo together very noticeable. They don't say that in description. Its basically just little pieces of wood cemented together with small leaves on top. Not worth money.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Questions
1 - 3 of 3 Questions
do we need to soak the wood or do anything special prior to adding to tank? such as to prevent tannins.
- Hi, While the Anubias Banyan Tree is designed for direct aquarium placement, soaking it in dechlorinated water for a few days can help reduce tannins and prevent initial water tinting. Using warm water may accelerate this process, but boiling is not essential. Should tannins appear, they are harmless to fish and can be cleared using chemical filtration media. Thanks.

Does the entire plant go in the tank or just the roots?
- The entire "plant" it is just wood of some kind with aquatic plants tied on top, meaning the leafy part would have to be submerged in water

Are these plant fresh or salt?
- Hi Bassstuffer, Good day! These are freshwater plants.
