So far it's good
It's only been up for a week but seems made well. The hidey boxes are particle board. It was easy to put together and boxed well. Might need 2 people to carry it inside.
Yes, I recommend this product.

What is the total weight of the product? How stable is the tower? Can it topple over from a cat lunging off the top platform? My cat pushes off and many towers fall over. Can this be attached to a wall?
- it comes with a strap that can be used to anchor it to a wall our 2 cats have not toppledit yet

One of the boxes sadly caved in and now the tree is lopsided. Any ideas to fix the box or buy a new one?
- After reading your question I went and looked at my tree. The posts are screwed into the box so I would suggest connecting the 2 pieces of the post with a block of wool the same diameter as the posts or wider. You can cover them with sisal rope or carpet. This should replace the missing support supplied by the cubby. That seems to be the simplest route to take. Good luck.

Is very post a scratching post covered with rope?
- Hi Crazy Cat Owner. Hi, no not every post is covered in coconut rope. 5 of the 12 posts have coconut rope, the other 7 are covered in the same plush material as the rest of the tree. Thank you

Hi there, where / how can I purchase the hardware for this cat tree? My cat tree came with missing hardware. I have been to every hardware store to find exact matches but no luck. Last hardware store told me to contact the manufacturer.
- I’d contact either manufacturer, or return from where you bought it. Claiming missing parts, so they can send out a whole new one.

Are the posts made of cardboard or wood? I have to pass on cardboard cuz my cats can completely destroy them in 2 weeks! They tackle their trees like football players! Thanks!
- Cardboard. My husband had to enforce with wood.

Do you have anything taller than this? By my calculations, this is 6 ft 4 inches. I need something taller and just as sturdy if you have it. Do you? DK75
Does this tree have a p65 warning?
- Hi RobynBee, Our QA team has confirmed this does not have a p65 warning, but rather a Toxic Substances Control Act (“TSCA”) label as required by federal law. Thanks,

Are the shelves and cubbies large enough for a full grown adult cat to fit comfortably without being such a tight space? I’m noticing most shelves/cubbies are made for kittens rather then adult cats.
