This is my cats' favorite tree. It used to be manufactured under a different brand, and I haven't gotten this version yet.. but the posting looks exactly the same. I will be purchasing it for the 4th time soon (I replace it ever 1-2 years). It's sturdy so my cats love leaping up and really grappling it. It's also big enough for big-ish cats. I've notice a lot of furniture now is cute but small.

- Hi BellaNJimmymom, This is an anti-tipping nylon strap that secures to the wall and the cat tree to reduce the tree from falling. This is not a wall mount that will lift the cat tree off the ground completely. Thanks,

- The base is 22”x30”, both boxes are the same size with their perpendicular sides being 16” each and the height being 10.5”. Middle perch is 24”x18”, second to highest is 12”x14”, top one is 16”x16”.

Are the levels staggered making it easy for an elderly cat to easily climb up (like steps)?
- Hi VW4LEGS2, The levels in the item described are staggered. However, if you have an elderly cat that requires assistance climbing a cat tree we suggest the EveryYay Big Cat Condo Tree. This cat tree was designed specifically for senior and large cats in mind, with easy to climb ramps and levels, as well as a larger condo. How big are the hideaways and platforms? I can't find that info on the page and my cat is nearly 20" long,not counting his tail.So size is extremely important as most cat towers do not work for him.
