Hello! I'm looking for an inexpensive set of clippers for Mia. She has, what seems like, a double coat of hair now and since I don't have the means to take her to a groomer right now, I want to give her a nice trim since it's getting warmer, and because I want to be able to see any potential bugs that try to go on her. I am trying to find a grooming brush that would help me with my corgis. I don’t want something that will pull too much fur, I don’t want something that will hurt them. I do have a grooming glove but it doesn’t work as good as I thought.

What is a safe hair gel for my dog
I have been reading your tip on how to get your dog to have their claws cut without any problems. Part of the advice is to let your dog get used to the buzzing of the clippers on the dogs paw. I've never seen any clippers that buzz when cutting the claws as the only ones that buzz are for cutting the fur. As far as I know the nail cutting is done with something like scissors that has a part you can use to make sure you don't cut them too close to the quick of the claws.
How much does it cost to get a adult dogs tail docked
Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?
Do dogs guard hairs grow back??? I shaved one of my chow chows hair short as I got these new doggy clippers and got carried away I have to say I did a pretty decent job making him look like a lion but I shaved the hair on his body short and a grooming tutorial online said u should never shave too short as the guard hairs don’t grow back is it true? I hear dosinkencoated dogs should not be shaved. I believe my German Shepherd is considered a double coated dog. I tend to trim him down a bit. Should I not do that? Will it affect him in any way? I trim home like this but shorter around the neck. So I basically keep his belly and chest short. Is that ok?
Is there a certain type of shampoo I should be using with my German Shepherd? Or is any ok?
