I recently increased my 10 pound cat’s amitriptyline from 16.2 mg twice a day to 16.2 mg 3 times a day due to a prolonged seizure episode. She is of course very lethargic now, seems to stagger a little when walking, seems despondent, seems to possibly not recognize us now, but we’re not sure about that. Is this dosage too much to tolerate, at least temporarily? This is the third day of the increased dosage. (My vet is not open on weekends, so we won’t be able to see her until tomorrow.)
A vet that specializes in neurology provided me with Gabapentin 50 mg tabs to give my cat twice a day. There are no numbers on them, just white round scored tablets. Evertthing I google says lowest dose is 100 mg. Concerned I may have been given the wrong medication.

Have a 2 year old cat with urinary discomfort and blood in urine. Has gone thru 3 courses of antibiotics. Urine culture was negative. Blood work unremarkable. Xray was negative. Currently on Elavil 10mg daily and Buprenex 0.1mg TID. Still experiencing urinary discomfort. Frequently dragging butt on floor, spending excessive time in litter box (hour), and frequently cleaning privates. No change in food and water intake.
If the dose of Gabapentin is so small, why is it only available in 100mg capsules? That means I have to break open the capsule and divide it into thirds for my cat!
My 50 pound dog (3 years old, otherwise healthy) ingested two of my 2 mg estradiol pills. Should I be concerned? I was told to post with more detail because the concentration of the pills is important, but I'm not sure what that means in this context. The medication code is NDC 0378-1458-77 if that is helpful.
